Depuis peu, le Park Hotel Weggis a un nouveau fournisseur caviar. La grande valeur est mise aussi ici sur une sustentabilité.

Tous les sorte caviar ont été gagnés des esturgeons et en partie uniquement. L'élevage responsable, résulte du niveau écologiquement le plus élevé et sert au maintien durable des esturgeons. „Le legs caspien - l'hommage à l'héritier fier d'une famille„ - pour cela figurent la famille suisse et l'entreprise Zwyer.

Beaucoup des sommeliers sont très jeunes et changent plus rapidement leur poste que l'hôte revient. Ils vendent alors souvent avec une grande allure des vins qui sont déjà depuis longtemps encaver. Un Sommelier de l'impact du Wolfgang Kneidinger organise la carte de vin lui-même, connaît personnellement chaque vin et sait, ce que l'hôte veut. Il peut conduire l'hôte, si celui-ci le veut, et tient aussi prêt à côté des Lafite et des Sassicaia découvertes pour de purotin.

After 3 years of training at the wine academy Austria our sommelier Wolfgang Kneidinger has successfully passed the wine academic exam. Worldwide there are just above 300 wine academics. This graduation is also a qualification for a “Master of Wine” training enrolment – the Master of Wine is worldwide the most prestigious education in the wine industry.

For this top performance we cordially congratulate Wolfgang! We are cheerful and proud to have him in our team!

We are glad about the outstanding award of “Guide bleu”-gastronomy guide 2011. Restaurant Annex scored 94 out of 100 points which makes it to the best restaurant in the entire canton Lucerne. A big thank you to the Annex team!

Sensuous shooting with two Mister at our Park Hotel Weggis: On July 26th, the incumbent Mr. Swiss Jan Bühlman met his predecessor Renzo Blumenthal for the very first time. The two beaus posed for the Central Switzerland Company Elsa.

The magazine Bilanz tested day spas. The ranking was now published in edition 3/10. In the category "hotel day spas" the Park Hotel Weggis came on place.
